BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY – teaches you how a business operates effectively, efficiently, and ethically, and highlights the crucial role finance professionals play in this process. MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING – You will learn management accounting techniques that help businesses plan operations, control activities, and monitor performance. By studying various methods of financial management within an organization, you will gain the knowledge needed to enhance business efficiency.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING – You will learn the fundamental principles and concepts of financial accounting, accounting techniques, and the preparation of key financial statements. You will demonstrate technical proficiency in applying double-entry bookkeeping methods and in preparing and interpreting basic financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, companies, and simple groups.

You will gain knowledge and skills to understand the general legal framework related to business and specific areas of law, as well as recognize the importance of seeking further advice from legal professionals when necessary.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT – You will develop the knowledge and skills to apply management accounting techniques using both quantitative and qualitative information for planning, decision-making, performance evaluation, and control. A key factor for success in the Performance Management exam is a strong foundation in Management Accounting.

You will develop knowledge and skills related to the tax system as it applies to individuals, sole traders, and groups of companies.

FINANCIAL REPORTING – You will develop knowledge and skills in understanding and applying accounting standards and theoretical frameworks in the preparation of financial statements for entities, including groups.
